If you want both judged both with be separate registration. Tshirts will be a available day of event no need to pre order, shirts will be first come first serve. Thanks for your support and we look forward to seeing you.

Went and Maped out set up For the event Yesterday and This Place Is Bigger than i remember,anyway here are some photos of the area we will be useing which is a small fraction of the whole area.

Is camping available at the show? Is this a kid friendly event? Looks like a good time!

No camping at the show. I have been contemplating hosting a campout and bonfire at my folks place. What does everyone think? Before or after the show?

Hey Tim there's already a Pre party cruise in and a camp out in the works.

I'll push to get a group to come down.
If weather is good I'll drive Big Al down (dunebuggy).

I am in need of early bird setup and event help if any of you guys want to lend a hand.

Tim,maybe a post show camp out would be good for the people who drive long distances and want to hang out after the event. I will be there if you want to do that.

I'll ride out early to give a hand. Let me know what time your thinking.

6 or 7 a.m. For set up. Want to be ready for vendors Early,Need help in directing vw parking and spectator traffic parking as well. If anybody has a extra table or two that would hurt.

I will offer up the post show camp out and bonfire. Bring your own food and beverages. I have a 1 acre flat field for camping and a large area semi flat for the bonfire.

Hey Kale I have a Table and a tent if needed I 'll be there at 6 or 7 whatever you decide are we getting together the night before to get plans straight?

Doing a Post show camp n cook out over at Tim's Family's place Will be fun.
Hope some folks will attend that Saturday Night after the show as well. We will need a table or three for sure .
