Re: '67 Split Bus
Took it for a spin around the block. Steering is 95% better. Feels a little squirrely but I think that might be because it actually turns when I make adjustments or because it has a rake now. Hit a fair amount of bumps and no rubbing yet. We'll see how well it does when I pack my dad up front Sunday and haul to Renolds. I need to get some better pics because the driveway doesn't do it justice. It's much lower than I thought it would turn out. I have to turn my head to the side to keep from whacking my nose when I crawl under the front and my chest won't clear at all.

Thanks! It's most certainly a 20 footer (ie looks good from 20ft). But then I've never been into show cars. Just drivers. So far I'm happy with my macco paint job.

Well, we can get the rear down in about an hour without a penny out of pocket. The front might take a little more time and dough.

Re: '67 Split Bus
Thanks Dennis. Head up to the Airhead meet on the 8th and there's a 50% chance that you'll get to see it. If the weather is too beautiful, I'll just have to drive the buggy.

50% chance sounds good. Is it at the square and what time?
