owner, Big Al, and gave him the rear axle that Griffin, Michael, and I grabbed from the Pull A Part

Yeah, Big Al told me he's turned down offers up to $8500. on Snorklestang

He's going to get the rear end under it, and maybe purchase a trailer that the car can stay on while different people volunteer to get it across the country.
Randy at Oldbug is going to restore it, and take it to the Classic, but Big Al will retain ownership, so hopefully it'll make it's way back to the East Coast- maybe he'll show it at Bug A Paloosa or Bug Jam or Circle Your Wagons
