New guy here.

Hi everybody. My name is Jerry and i have a 66 bug. I bought it about a month ago. This makes the 3rd one ive had. So i look foward to making some new friends and hanging out with you folks. I will put some picyures up soon. The bug needs some work so its not the best looking car.

Hey Jerry, Welcome! I'm Scott at I live just down the road in Grayson. I'm not sure that anyone cares about the condition of a car. We have show cars, daily drivers, work in progress, rat (volksrod), beaters.....................and on and on. I belong to both the Athens VW Club and Aircooled Addicts. The Addicts meet Thursdays at Starbuck on 124 in L'ville at 7pm and we'd love to have you out.

Welcome - My car isn't the best looker either and if you saw it when the Addicts first formed it looked even worse, but networking with people on here and at our meets as helped my car look a little better - it's still a beater but it runs pretty good now and as a little more character to it.

Thanks guys for the welcome. There are some things I want to do and don't want to mess things up. So I think I will take you up on the help when needed. I'm gonna try to get to the starbucks this Thursday . My car is flat black with white inserts if you see me coming.
