He has crushed about 30 bugs and buses already! If you saw something you wanted you may need to give him a call or go get it.

Someone I know bought a '67 from him after the flood- he eventually gave up on it! The electrical was hopeless- and it had rust in the most unusual places.....I guess thats what happens when you spend a few days or more submerged under 10-12 feet of water Suspect

You know, it would be really nice to go to Tim's to get what you need and not feel like you are a thorn in their side while doing business. This community is really embracing until you try and purchase used parts from someone that has a bunch to offer. I don't want to slam anyone, but I think you know what I mean.

I know what you mean. I just tell them what I need and try not to tell him what I am doing with it or putting it on. I just wanted to put the word out he was crushing a lot of vws.....he said he was having a prob with theft so he was going to crush them before more were stolen.

They are being stolen and crushed for scrap. Think the person doing it is the reason he is not going after them.

As for the thorn, have seen that in quite a few places I go. Anytime I go down, just tell him I am just looking if he is not smilling, if he looks to be in a good mood then talk buisness.
