What's up guys, my name is Eddie "Brooks". I'm new to the site, and love it already. Vdubs have been apart of my life as far back as I remember (mom, dad, uncle, grandfather, brother) and myself have had beetles, bajas and rail buggies at some time in our life. I just purchased a beetle for myself last week and the previous owner "Lance" the 62 is named "Gretchen" if your familiar with either of those, told me about this site and the local clubs around me.
I grew up in Austell, GA and now reside in Dallas close to crossroads. I enjoy driving the car and it's now my daily driver to marietta and back everyday. I have tons of hopes and dreams about this car already and probably have a crap load of questions too.
That's a little bit about me, look forward to cruises and get togethers. Vdubbers are a rare breed, glad to see there are more like me out there.

I didn't realize there were so many bugs close to me. That's awesome. If any one ever needs some help turning some wrenches let me know. I'm not a mechanic but I love tinkering with the bugs. Thanks for welcoming me to the dub form guys.
