NOT HAPPY!!!!

Had my bus 10 days and some numbskull at Discount Tire tore it up. All I want were some new rear tires.Now it has to be towed to Lindys to have the shifter fixed because one of the tweens that work there tried to put into a gear that does not exist .
If you don't know how to work it leave it alone jackass.

Wow Mike - sorry about that. When they were working on my car, I pulled it in and out myself and I stayed in the bay the with them while they were working on it - ppinting out the jack locations etc.

They were said they would take care of it. Still does not fix stupidity.

They should fix the everything, that's what they have insurance for. I rarely will let anyone touch my VWs simply for that reason.

I had a bad feeling to begin with about them finding reverse, but I never thought that someone would force something they new nothing about.

Tween didn't want to admit he couldn't find reverse.

It's easier just to pull it in yourself. If they won't let you do it, find another shop. For me, it takes too long to teach them how to drive it...where reverse is, dont fry my ign by leaving it in the acc psosition with engine off, don't lug it, don't over rev it, and so on. I've even had problems with aircooled shops in the past. Brought my bug in for some work one time, saw the guy take it off the rack and promptly rev it up to about 7-8k while taking it on a test drive.

Got it fixed. Just had to take the shifter out and put it back in. Got free tires out of it. All is good.
