I have the first one in Geek. It holds bigger cups that my wife likes to bring along. I drilled holes in the top of the tunnel and tapped them to add to it's stability. I've never had a problem with it interferring with shifting or my foot on the gas pedal.

Have one of those for the Bus, It has been one of the best upgrades!
Pretty simple design, 2x4 wood attached to a dual cupholder. But well worth it.

the one that goes in the ashtray would be in the way of my radio and i dont wanna do that

That only fits newer Beetles 1958 and up :-)

I had the First one at the top of the page, works good as far as holding cups ,but my foot would hit the corner of it. But i do wear a big shoe (12-13) lol

They make them for Bays, I have one in my Thing, 74 Bug, 70 Westy, and my 63 Bug. I also have the basket on the hump, which I can't stand. It is always in my way.

i had the long plastic one that went down the tunnel it ad a cup holder an a spot for tapes dsng what are tapes but my foot was always hiting it i hated it

idk which one i want yet im very indecisive lol
