Wheel and tire stick out further on one side than other
so i have a 73 super vert
ever since the car was restored one "pass side" rear tire has stuck out more than the other side causing that tire to scrub the fender right on the edge of the tire
I am planning on going down more with adjustable spring plates and this is the only thing stopping me
I have empi disc brakes in the rear is there any way i can turn down the face of the rotor to make a little clearance
Anyone have any suggestions?

Have you checked the diagonal armto make sure it's not bent outward?

I am going to take a guess that you have an aftermarket fender. Measure both fenders from the inner fender to the outer lip and also across the top in the same place on both sides (against the body at the beading). It will be about an 1" shorter.
Had that same problem on my '67, fine with stock wheels, went to Riverias and the tire touched the lip on one side. I even swapped wheels and it still touched, then measured to find there was a difference. Pulled the aftermarket fender and put on an OG one, problem went away.
Good luck.

have you measured the fenders?
aftermarket fenders go through several hands before they get to you
the maker, possibly middle man, vendor, delivery guy...
its possible one may have got smashed along the way.
every aftermarket fender i have bought had at least one defect, mostly dents or pings... its a shame what kind of aftermarket crap we have to put up with.
