November 13th Cookout

We have talked about doing this for a while...so lets do it!

We are having a VW cookout at noon on the 13th of november, which is a Saturday.

Buffington Baptist church in Canton has been nice enough to let us use their property for the cookout.
I'll post up the address asap!

Anyone and everyone is welcome, as always the more the merrier!

I would like to have a Head count of how many will be attending atleast a week before the cookout. This way we will know how much food to buy!

we will have hamburgers hotdogs and chips, and some sodas. feel free to bring a dish, or your favorite drink!

we there will be a charge for plates, which will be figured up before the cookout, what it costs us is what it costs you! we are not here to make money but to have a good time!

If you can, the church will be glad to take donations, and lets do our best to take care of them incase we need the space again!

This should be a nice VW outing for those who are not able to make the trek to Bug Jam.

(And a good time to reveal the 55)

You do realize this is the weekend of Bugjam. There will be alot of folks attending that. However, I won't. I'll be coming to your cookout.

I need to know how many people are planning on attending, so let me know if you plan to do so.

we are figuring on plates being around $5

Any idea how long ya'll will be there? The Bug-o-Rama show is that day also and I had planned to go to that (since I won't be doing the tampa trip), but I'd really like to see the 55 in person.

well the church needs the space Sunday, and I also have to work sunday, so the 55 wouldnt be there anyway...sorry guys.

everyone plan on being there about 12ish, I'll be there a little earlier just to get everything set up.

just need to get a head head count of how many are coming!

I'm in for sure but Mary may have to run to pick up a dog food order and might be late.

I'll try to drop by if I have the time tomorrow...

Hey guys,

Made it to my first Der Schwarm meeting this past Saturday and had a blast. Thanks to those who cooked and hosted. I wanted to share a couple of pics my friend Chris snapped while we were there of my son Grant and I hanging out. Here's a small photo gallery of pics.
