Thursday Night Meet (ARCHIVE)

Hey everybody! I know this is last min. but we are going to change things up for a little while. We are going to add another stop to our Thursday nights. Tonight instead of The Flying Machine we will meet at a new place called Nacho Daddys. It is a new place right here on Sugarloaf Pky. It is across the street from Publix and Zaxby's and next door to Racetrack. They have a nice patio so we can sit outside and chill. Next week we will be back at Starbucks as usual. This is just to have a change of scenery for a while. See ya there.

I've had to help tutor my oldest son and help him with an after school on-line course that finally ends this week. So I was hoping to start making it out after this week. But now my youngest is playing football for the high school and has football practice every day from 4:00 to 7:30 so I have to pick him him. Hopefully I can start squeezing in a few meets.

I recently purchased a '58 vert that needs some very minor body/paint work that would require matching a HOK Limetime paint. Can anybody tell me the best shop in the area to take it to? Also, who is the best mechanic in the area for this kind of car? I really appreciate any direction and hope to see you on Thursday nights soon.

Stockorknaut in cumming just did my car and I am very happy with their work. They did some body work and paint. I work for a shop in Decatur
and all we do is the mechanical part of it so I would be happy to help you out. My shop is Advanced Imports.

We had a GREAT time tonight!! The weather held out for us and we were able to enjoy some good food with
live music out on the patio and best of all just chill hanging out with friends. We basically took over the patio
and all the kids had pleanty of room to play and have fun while us adults relaxed. At our next meet at Nacho Daddy's
we will have parking roped off for us right out front so that will be awesome. If you haven't made it out on a Thursday yet
I encourage you to come join us if you can. It is always a lot of fun. Next week we will be back at Starbucks. See ya there!

It is right across 124 / Scenic Hwy from the Red Robin at the Avenue. I looked on Starbucks' website and this location wasn't in the correct spot on their locator map. Google Earth found it fine though!!

Keep in mind there are a couple of Starbucks on 124. The one we meet at is between the car wash and waffle house. It will be on your left if you are headed towards Lawrenceville.
