This Damn Heat

I'm really tired of this freak'n heat! Today I go out to the shop to work on a windscreen wiper ass'y and I'm soaking. Not really strenuous work, came in and my wife says I didn't know you were cutting grass. I just quit, sweat in my eyes, greasy hands, I give up! Geek may be on the road by 2011!

Don't say so Geek got to get done in 2010. Man well looks like you got to get some work done at nite when it's kool down a little

You guys don't have an air-conditioned shop?

Yup, I try to do most of my wrenching once the sun goes down. It's only 95 degrees or so by then.........

i pretty much had to take a bath in the bathroom at work today after driving to the store during lunch.

It's so hot Bill Clinton got a slurpee and then went to 7/11.

I'm the opposite of Digger. Lately, if it is a VW work day for me, I go out to the garage around 7:30am and wrench around till about noon, then call it a day.

Well see Doodle, I work outside most of the time in the beaming Sun. I'd like to just come home relax and get a few things done on my cars but nooo, it's hot as hell still. I'll have to come home take a nap and then stay up till midnight to get anything done!

That's funny. I have one of those too, but I got mine in 91 and they were blasted out after Money Talks.....good times....

Maybe they had some left over for the next years tour and decided to change things up a bit?
