84 Jeep CJ7
1984 Jeep CJ7 1 Owner 100266 miles. 4x4 inline 6 5 speed. Needs some work but nothing Time won't fix.
I haven't owned a "real" jeep before....Im kinda excited.

1st car was a '77 Golden Eagle CJ-7 (Daisy Duke with the eagle)
Same stup. Loved it.
At least it isn't a K-Car one from where Chrysler bought them....

Awesome. I always liked jeeps... almost bought a cj7 with a super beetle body on it once... my husband really wants an earlier jeep like that too!

I used to be big into jeeps before i came over to the dark side and got into vw's. Had a 75 cj5, 76 cj5, and a 79 cj7. I always ran the 258 straight 6's, they have a lot more torque than the v8's people always put in them. You can bore it 30 over and add a true split header and dual exhaust and kick a v8 all over the place. Cool find, hope you enjoy it like I did the ones i had.

Nice find. Almost had one at an aution and the guy canceled my bid since I was not a dealer??? Oh well, will eventually get one one day. Have had a few of the wagoneers78,79 beasts they were but loved them! have fun with it!!

Got it home!!! Now for a good cleaning then tweaking a few things to get it on the road.

took forever to post up but I will do now. 4 speed not 5, cleaned fuel tank and replaced sending unit,new weber carb conversion kit 38 DGAS, rebuilt front and rear brakes ,replaced master cyl,removed ALL Well...... Lets just say I am glad it no longer needs an emission sticker. Helped it breathe exhaust wise ,new Optima red top batt, replaced freeze plugs, Really fluhed out cooling system, u joints, Tune up, went with 32x1150x15 BFG ATs and some other odds and ends. heres a pic I had in my comp. ill get a few more within a year.
