Just remember, light colors hide flaws while dark colors accentuate them

hey dude you dont have the cash 4 pro pain.go 2 walmart or home depot and get watever color you want in a oil based paint.theyre bout 9 bux a quart.2 quarts shud do the entire outer and inerside of the bug.and grab you some thinner.pore half paint into a clean milk jug.then pore thinner into the quart of paint thats left.stir it up really good then pore that into the jug with the rest of the paint.shake well.now you have 2 quarts of paint outta 1 quart.then do the same with the other quart.you will have enough paint to do about 10 coats inside and out.also get 1 quart of prymar and do the same with it.trust me you sand it down pryme it.spray it with a good gun and you will have a show car.i done it with one of my old bugs.then you can put a nice clear coat on it after it all.lasts a long time and its cheap

Overspray (Charles Overton) is the man to see about paint and body. I think the cost will vary with each job. Overspray is on these forums, I imagine he'll chime in.
