N.G.A 1st meet and cruise

Ok well we are going to Have our first meet on Oct 11th between 10-11 am we will meet at the Home depot parking lot in Dalton, wich is off exit 336 on the east side of the highway you cant miss it! then we will go to checkers for lunch and then cruise to Ft. mountian in Chatsworth for some swimming. For those of you that are not familliar with Ft.mountian Its at the top of the mountian It has a river that goes thru it and they have a roped off area for swimming it has a a beach to sit on and plenty of other things to do rent a paddle boat if you want, Admission to the park is $3. per car It should be a fun day hope to see everyone there. If you need anymore Info just let me know

Yeah! I forgot for a moment that it would be pretty cold at that time of year, also someone else brought that to my attention I guess ill have to figure something else out

Due to un correct dispatching, my company put me on a load from conneticut to nevada with 14 stops in between

So Im going to have to reschedule the meet for the following weekend, not like Ive had a whole lotta response anyway!

When me and Brad planned our first airhead meeting there was only three. The next time there was six and so on and so on.

There is a few around, Ive got a couple guys at home that have gone to a couple local shows and ran into a bug or two and there for it so yeah!! Ill take it as far as I can. Its just not that easy doing it from on the road, not knowing when im going to be home or like recently scheduled to be home then it changes, with fuel as high as it is I need to make as much take home money as possible. I should go back to a company driver instead of doing the Owner Operater thing!

I know people in dalton looking for a bug club I'll let them know...V-Dub-Don

Ok, Well Its lookin like Ill be home the weekend of the 17th thru the 20th, would like to set up a meet some where in that time frame.
maybe just cruise to fuddruckers or something for a lunch, and to see who all shows up so If ANYONE is intrested in checking it out let me know and ill look for you,

Only thing I have to do b4 I drive mine is find out why the rear axel that I just replaced is a lil wobbeley?? or ill be in my truck

Sat. the 18th we will be meeting at Checkers In Dalton ex 336 off of I-75 go east off the exit to the first light turn right and checkers is about 1/4 mile on right we will be parked in home depot lot behind checkers for they are having a car show that day its not a bug show but im sure there will be some neat cars to look at the show is from 12noon to 6pm we will get there about 1pm and have lunch and figure something else out I know Ruby Falls in Chattannoga has a haunted house so that might be some thing to do so Hope to see you there Also kids under 10 eat for halfoff and special apperance by none other than SCOOBY DOO!!!! so bring the Family!!!!!

Hope that yall had a great time at the meet and car show!

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to attend due to working on those days. Plus on top of that, my computer crashed big time this past monday evening and was only able to get back on-line this past thursday night. Had alot of catching-up to do on other websites, and missed the thread update. Oh well... guess that it wasn't meant to be!!

Sorry that you had some trouble with a few people (if I understood it correctly?) dalton dragger73. But glad that it was all straightened out.


Hope that yall had fun cruising around and got to see some great cars that day!!
and maybe someday i'll be able to attend (if possible)...

Yea actually you did not miss out on much the car show at checkers!, there was 4 cars there a General Lee replica, some guy with a 01 or 02 Golf gti w/ lambo doors and a couple other cars that arent worth mentioning, Other than that we did not have anyone show for the meet There were only the 4 of us, so you didnt miss much, but we are still going to try Ill post the next one when were ready,
