Hey all you Type 14 and Type 34 VW Karmann Ghia owners. Drive or tow your Ghias to Centerville, GA and join in all the fun as we fill the City Hall Pavilion with as many Ghias as possible. Take part in the fun, food, fellowship, and the awesome beauty of our Karmann Ghias.

Three judged classes each for Coupes and Convertibles...STOCK, MODIFIED and DAILY DRIVER. Awards for first and second place in each class. Also awards for Best of Show, Best Engine, Best Interior, Best Paint, and door prizes. After the show cruise around Warner Robins and finish at the Steak and Shake.

Show cars must be in place by noon to be judged

Registration: $20.00 Preregistration; $25.00 day of show. All vehicles to be included in the judging MUST BE REGISTERED. Pre-registration postmark deadline is June 14, 2010

Oh sorry I just ask where and when and here's the info. I'll be there for this one. Had a great time last year and I didn't even own a ghia then. That show last year made me fall in luv with the GHIA so two weeks after that I went and brought one. So I'm going to be bringing my 1969Ghia down for that show.

Cool beans! This year's show will be better than last year. Still working out a cruise in the night before at either Stake N Shake, Sonic, or Hooters.

Here's an update to the EC Treffen IV. There will be two added awards and a CASH drawing for those who preregister. The two added awards are: Mayor's Choice (selected by the Mayor of Centerville) and Ladies Choice Award (selected by the lady entrants and spouse of the male entrants). The cash award will be a drawing from the names of those who pre-registered and will be for $75. I might even make it $100 (if my wife twists my arm enough). Don't forget to check out our web site:

Everything is set for this year's EC Karmann Ghia Treffen. Cruise in Friday night, June 18th at 6: 30 at Steak N Shake and Saturday, June 19th for the Treffen Show starts at 10 AM. Looking forward to seeing and chatting Ghias with all the Ghia folks.

What's the address for the steak & shake cruise in on Friday?

The Steak N Shake is located on the corner of Watson Blvd (247 Connector) and Margie Drive. Get off of I-75 at exit 146 and head in to Warner Robins. The Steak N Shake will be on the corner at the 3rd traffic light. The listing in the phone book incorrectly lists it being on Martin Luther King Jr Blvd in Warner Robins. It's actually on Watson Blvd.

This the same Steak N Shake everyone went to during the Reynolds weekend?

Yes I think it is. And I on;y know of one Steak N Shake in Warner Robins/Centerville.

How is this show on the forth year in my town and I not know about it? Better still how is the organizer from here and me not know them. Oh well I guess Ill be attending this one but I dont own a ghia. See you guys at the cruise in.

Fourth year for the EC Karmann Ghia Treffen but 1st year in Centerville. Last 3 were at Stone Mountain but they got cost prohibitive. I'm planning Treffen V already and it looks like it'll be EC Treffen V for all AIR-COOLED vdubs.

4th year for the treffen; 1st year in Centerville. Already planning EC Treffen V and it's looking like it'll be an all AIR-COOLED VW event.
