I'm in. Kelly can't make this one, so it will be just me.

Count on two people and one car from Der Schwarm. Not sure if anyone else from DS can make it. I also told another couple with an older VW to meet us there.

this cruise was a Sunday run, and I got all excited thinking I could make it,

Oh well. I will just have to
wait.
I'm there with you... I have most Sunday's off... but seems everyone wants to do things on Saturday which I only have off if I ask for... I asked off for this one because I knew enough ahead of time, but it's gonna cost me
So what's up with the Saturday cruises? Does anyone do anything on Sunday? We should make a club for us Sunday people to hang out.

I will try to work in a Sun cruise sometime soon. I have church on Sundays and so does several other people in our club so I try to leave that day open for that and family. I will get a Sun. cruise in for ya soon though
Re: February Cruise to Marrietta Diner *EDITED*
But isn't church more of a morning thing? Mine always was and then everyone got together after for brunch... just an idea...

Yes church is a morning thing but I like to try to keep that day for family time as well. I will be sure to work in a Sun. afternoon cruise though

I'm planning on it too. Got the bug going! Would like to cruise out with everyone from here. (Tim/Drew, Greg, and???) Not sure if Kale can make it.
Maybe head out 12:30 -1'ish?
Kyle, wanna go along?

I will be there but I will not be able to leave my house till 3:30. Save me a spot. There will be two of us for sure my wife might show up later.
Re: February Cruise to Marrietta Diner *EDITED*
Eric/Tim- I'm back on the fence again- car is still having fueling issues (a lack of it). Might have to work too. it will be a last minute decision, so I'll keep in touch.
Re: February Cruise to Marrietta Diner *EDITED*
I don't think so.
I'm going to check/replace the soft fuel lines first, I'm only getting a trickle when I remove the line that feeds the pump. (just replaced it with a used one on Sunday, and got it running) On the front end, under the tank, I replaced that filter yesterday, and the new filter immediately filled. The filter in the engine compartment is still too empty. (very little fuel in it) I also made sure that both filters installed properly (not backwards) Going to replace the line from the metal line in the tunnel, to the filter/pump and see if it improves the flow. If that doesn't help- I guess it indicates a clog in the metal line. When underneath, I'll be able to see if I can get a good flow out of the metal tube.
Anybody got any other ideas??? Carbs were just rebuilt a ProFlow, so they should be ok.
Is it Ok to put a little, low pressure compressed air through that metal line? I've heard yes and no.....
John Muir didn't write about this, did he?

You can blow through the metal line. It won't hurt anything. I would undo the rubber line under the car that is on the metal line going into the tunnel. Fuel should run out there once you pull that line off.
I have blown compressed air through the lines many times to check if everything was clear.
Re: February Cruise to Marrietta Diner *EDITED*
Thanks Gary, I'll give it a try as soon as I can. Hopefully I'll have a chance before lunchtime Saturday. I sure do want to get out to Marietta.
