I think sales would drop after the first photos of that vs. a Suburban. PLEASE tell me that is just a concept car...a BAD concept.

Supposed to get 100+ mpg and it's a two seater. Tandem. The engine is in the back. That's the only new VW Id ever buy.

I'd drive in a heartbeat if I could fit in it. I might buy one if the price is right and it's easier to get in and out of than it appears to be.

The thing is supposed to sell for 5k or less from what I understand. If VW could sell it for that kind of money and get that kind of mpg, it would sell as well or better than the original Beetle.
