I was part of the accident response team for Maytag in the Atlanta area when this happened. I got to the site about 45 minutes after this happened. We had received in from California just after we closed some branches and it had 12,000 miles on it. The wheel and tire that hit him was from an oncoming big rig going south bound on 85 as the tech was going north.
