Perry, GA VW Find

No bumpers are left....now
Guy wants $400 for the Rabbit. It is a diesel.
The red bus has the nose cut off of it.
The single is in my yard....
The guy wants $300 for the green bus. I dont know what he would take for the red one.

How did you run across these?

Well it all started...........................................

A friend put me on the lead. He actually found them and figured I might be interested. He heard about them at the parts store. He told me and we went and looked sat. Then we went back today and rescued the single and the bumpers. We also saved a 62 Beetle from a different owner today. Sorrry no pics of it though... It was an all day search and rescue. I am tired now

The 62 went to my buddy. He is going to fix it up and get it back on the road.

I can set you up with the owner....

The PU def looks like it has potential. Diesels that are parked tend to either have blown HG's or bad injector pumps. Neither is cheap. It looks like an '80 which is one year only front bumper, grill and dash. Look hard for rust, esp in the strut mounts.
