NEED TO BORROW A TOW BAR
I need to tow a van about 4 miles to my house in Milner. Does anyone have a tow bar I can use? I will need it next week.

I've got one- it's been narrowed, so it slides a little on the beam. I live in Dallas.

Yes it is a BUS, if you can call it that. They chopped it into a single cab. Don, I thank you for the offer, though I was hoping for one a little closer to Griffin. You are about 2 hours away.

SHip p.. i.. n..... oh, nevermind
There is a very good chance I'm heading south-southeast to the Newnan (SW of ATL)
area this weekend...would that help? Could be Sat could be Sun, but I think I committed myself to be 'on call'.

Re: NEED TO BORROW A TOW BAR
By definition a VW transporter is a van.
Van - A van is a kind of vehicle used for transporting goods or groups of people. It is usually a box-shaped vehicle on four wheels, about the same width and length as a large automobile, but taller and usually higher off the ground, also referred to as a light commercial vehicle or LCV. However, in North America, the term may be used to refer to any truck with a rigid cargo body fixed to the cab, even up to large sizes.
It's also, a bully, a kombi, a samba, a bus, or a microbus and a few other things I can't think of at the moment.

If it's a Vanagon, "Waterbomb" comes to mind!
