I see a lot of what i like to call Goldmine sellers. Really all it is, is someone that has a Volkswagen and thinks its worth way more than it really is. I am not talking aboot really nice VWs that have tons of money and time in to making them really nice. I am talking aboot the rusty, sitting behind the garage, have more wildlife living in them than the field out back type of car.

EDIT: If i post up a pos and its yours you should really rethink your price.

Yea, this seems to be an ever increasing trend anymore. Someone sees an early beetle in pristene shape going for over 10k and they think the old super that has been rotting away in the woods is now a valueable collectors item. He'll never get that kind of money for it, but if he does, more power to him. Plus, if they ever do start selling for that kind of money, just thinking about the value of my cars makes me smile.

This one is well worth it. With everyone going green, It's way ahead of the curve. It's Propane! If you look close it's clearly parked next to the filler tank and the hose is going to the car. You guys and your smog emitting gas burners No

This one did not have a price in this ad, but in the samba it said $6,800. Yes, you read it correctly. It has about 500lbs of bondo.

there is a guy in my partners neighborhood with a 74 superbug that wants 2k for it. it hasnt run in 16 years, the motor is locked up, all the tires are flat, the window is cracked, its covered in at least an inch of dust, and he said he parked it b/c the starter went out in it. i asked him why he wanted 2k for it and he said thats how much he had in it. Lauren told me that she has never seen it move - her parents moved into that neighborhood 18 years ago.
