Man, those pans were toast! The new ones look like they fit pretty good. Last time I did this it was with the body on (not recommended).

Yea digger, they were pretty bad. The replacements aren't perfect, they came out of antother car, but they were free! Have to do one patch in the battery tray, but nothing too bad. Worked for a while last night getting all the spot welds ground down and stripping all the tar crap off the tunnel. Will be in GA this weekend so not much will get done on her.
