Callaway Gardens Car Show and Hot-Air Balloon Show 9/3/11

Got a flyer in the mail for this today. I'll be in D.C. this weekend and won't be able to make it, but wanted to pass it along. A few of us went to this last year and it was a pretty cool car show with a few dubs on hand I'd never seen around before. It was windy last year, so I don't think the Hot Air Balloon ride was going. I think Callahan won some cash from the money tree raffle thingy. Then he got stranded but that's another story.

I enjoyed it last year and I am definitely going back this year.

this is the same weekend as silverscreen and gasoline at the starlight drive in im not sure what our plans for this year are yet the kneeboard tournament we were at with my sister is the same weekend like last year but i'm not sure if we're going or not yet both shows were a lot of fun will be hard to decide

That does look like a good time. It would be cool to see some of those big ole balloons.

I will roll with ya Bryce, sounds like fun. Rich will have to come down to Zebulon and meet up with us- it's on the way. [kinda]

We need to try to work something out for a cruise down...

Got a Bike Rack so I am ready to roll south.

Bryce, Do you remember from last year if the car show is near the balloons?

yes its all in the same basic area the balloons are set up in the field across from the beach parking lot/ circus tent. and they light them up on the beach at night

How about we plan to pull out from Zebulon at 9?....so meeting here at 8:30 would be fine unless you want to eat breakfast

what time are you guys planning on getting to the show. i'll be there first thing like last year so i can try to save some spots outside the tent

Im doing this show as well , i havent been to a show are any event this yr , i wish i could get with yall with that breakfast but i have to work Friday night so im going to try an work on 4 hrs of sleep an leave @ 10am
