Re: in bad need of help
Have a Friend pump the Brakes while you crack open the bleeder valve slowly. with each pump you should see a stream of brake fluid coming out. You should see a sloid stream then tighten while brake pedal is being pushed down upon. You should start on the furthest brake to bleed away from the master cylinder and work your way in. Once all air is out of lines BAM you have Pedal.

Re: in bad need of help
For bleeding the brakes, I like to get a small garden sprayer, fill it up with brake fluid, rig the hose to feed into the to master cylinder. Pump that baby up with pressure. Then take a piece of clear hose that you can get at the auto parts store or ace/home depot. Starting with the furthest bleeder from the MC and working closer - push one end over the tip of the bleeder and the other into a jar/clean container (to recycle fluid). Crack the bleeder open and let the fluid flow until all the air is gone. Return the fluid to the garden sprayer and repressurize as you go.
