Tin screw poped loose and is jammed behind the lower pulley.
Has happended twice to me in 4 years.

i agree, it is usually loose tin rubbing and making the noise. you can rub a bar of soap on the inside of the belt and see if that stops the noise, if not, check the tins.

Well I keep tightening it and it doesnt change I'll have to try the other stuff
