I will be out of town for Nacho Daddy next week but I should be back for Starbucks again.

Where do you get your cars worked on? I have tried a couple of places on the internet but they will not work on air cooled cars.

It depends on what work you need done. Stockornaut is the new kid in town and they are good at just about everything. If you just need local parts Herrels has the best "local" selection. Club meets are a good place to get advise and quick tips.

I work at an aircooled shop in Decatur. We would be happy to help with anything you need. Stokornauts is a great shop also and they do paint and body as well.

Well the weather kept most people away tonight. Thanks to those that did make it out because we still had a great time as always. Hopefully the weather will be better next time and we can fill the patio again.

Well the bug is still pink, but more importantly it now has the hoses from the doghouse to the heater boxes, hopefully properly adjusted carbs, and also cork valve cover gaskets that hopefully won't leak.

Hopefully (that word again haha) see you all tonight!!

It's great that you got the hoses on, should run a bunch cooler now.

We won't be able to make it tonite, we have a cookout with Kim's bible study group and all the kids requested that "Fillmore" be there!! Are there any plans for a cruise to the Ghia Treffen at Stone Mt. this weekend?

I was hoping to go on Saturday if I don't have to work. You plan on going?

I may go but I a not sure yet. It depends on how long it takes to do my dreads

We were thinking of going Saturday and make a day of it.

We will be back at Starbucks on Thursday. This week Darrell and I won't be there , we were invited to bring our Dubs to the Gwinnett Braves game. It is 70's night at the game and they wanted a Bug and Bus to sit at the entrance to the stadium. So Darrell and I will be there starting at 4:30 Thursday showing off our Dubs . Ya'll have fun and we will see you next week back at Nacho Daddy's.

Jus didn't want to be mis-representin!!

I'm not flakin out guys... Just been taking the car apart, getting a little head start for my build week coming up. I was able to clean up that white fender welting and I think I'm going to keep it rather than replace it with black.

Took this a few days ago, got a little more done since then. One piece at a time...
