I thought this was a cool way to narrow and put in adjusters only one side to weld back together

I've been watching that too. Very cool way indeed. The tubing around the adjusters I used was slightly smaller than the actual beam, so I was worried the inner piece wouldn't be a perfect fit on original beam tubing, but looks like it fits great.

Yeah, instead of welding in the adjuster, he notches the German beam and uses the adjuster pieces, only welds one side, pretty cool way to do it. He still has to move the frame horn mounts, but he'd have to move those anyway.
