Convertible top headliner replacement - 79 VW

My convertible top is in excellent condition but the headliner is falling. Any thoughts out there on:

1. How difficult it is to replace the headliner and where might I purchase one?
2. Can you recommend an upholstery shop who might do the work? I am in the Braselton area.

He's not super close to you, but jerry carpenter (tanbugwerks) does great vert top and headliner work. He's in the Tallapoosa/Bremen area.
