My '63 with 1776cc
Here is my '63 bug with a freshly built 1776cc only two weeks old.

I see that light blue color in the cowl area....did you strip the car or was it like that when you got it? I remember a buddy having a car that light blue color a while back.....he never did anything with it before selling it....he lives in Macon just wondering if its the same car....

I picked this car up from a guy around Marietta. I haven't done anything to it other than have the engine built and some wet sanding.

looks cool!!! What carbs are those? I'm surprised you were able to get them in there with that stock fan shroud. I had to go to an aftermarket shroud when installing my ICTs since the carbs wouldn't clear the fresh air outlets on the stock shroud.
