Well sold my 65 vert to a guy in nc And went and bought this sweet little thing a couple days later
It's a og 57 ragtop oval that was built in the late 80s
It's on a late 68 pan og pans 388 tranny 1600 single port "for now "
Vw front disc brakes rear drums Porsche pattern and 4 lug
Super solid car

I like this car. Clean and simple. Yet, it has that pop with that yellow paint. I think I liked the Porsche steelies better though. Gave it a rally racer look.

I've had the short block done for a couple weeks and just got putting it together last night
It's a 1776 single port with a 110 cam straight cut gears A set of high rev sp heads. Going to run a set of baby dells or ict's haven't decided yet
Should be a fun little torque motor

The name "frenchy" will always remind me of the character from In Living Color. You need a sticker on the back window that says "I'm hip, I'm slick, and all women love my cologne!"

They do look good in Yellow You said this one was painted in the 80's looks good. Mine was built in 1974 out in California.

The did really well. German bumpers hold up will and don't flex like aftermarket
