Gland Nut removal

Ok, trying to get gland nut off. This thing is vary tight. Impact won't touch it.

Anybody got a torque tool?

Bob, I got one you can borrow. I'm heading out early in the morning and won't be back until midday Sunday, but if you need it, give me a call Sunday afternoon and you'll have that nut loose in 10 seconds.

I had the same issue on Wednesday with my gland nut. Impact wrench using my garage air compressor wouldn't get it to budge. It goes up to 125 psi. So, I cranked on my air compressor on my air ride, filled the tank up to 160 psi, hooked up the impact wrench to it and it took the gland nut right off. Guess it needed more punch. Course I can't use the same method to get it back on. Need to get a cheater bar.
