i never understood the "with core" thing. i thought these were supposed to be cut from a new piece of steel. i saw thesamba post about the guy making these, and he too said they were laser cut. why does he need the old ones if these are new?

I was guessing that he needed the splined part from the core to weld to the flat laser cut plate that he made

Re: New to me 63
Yes ,the mixture of glue with coffee bean gives it a more pleasant aroma. Smell has got better after a few drives but I think something died in rear apron cuz it smells kinda like the armadillo that got stuck in sweet peas beam and I drug down the road for a few miles...ya know like its bein over cooked under normal operation. It'll burn off eventuly.Grifspop wrote:Knumb Knucks wrote:Installed Burlap Coffee Bean Bags today and a Chase Rug for added comfort very happy with it

My Mom used to keep an open bar of "Irish Spring" soap under her seat, that was her air freshener

So me and Zoey went out in the car to get her Dripn Drivers shirt and this happened 3miles from the house. A little R&R and she was back on her way home.
