The car that started it all for me my 73 superbeetle vert AKA ORANGEPEEL

Well still no progress on the vert
Its been at overton restos for about two weeks and the insurence company still haven't decided what they were going to do about the car. They keep changeing there mind and its getting really annoying so its time to go off on them

Well she has been sitting for about 7 months and I have bought and sold a couple cars since she got wrecked and its almost her time to be put back better than she ever was.

Picked up a 77 vert of cl last week it's a good enough car for a donor
Going to use the body and pass door from the 77 and put it on the pan from the 73 and use everything good from the 73 and build a bad ass er version of orange peel.
Nasty ass motor
Bad ass tranny
New top line struts

Can't wait to get started as soon as slim gets done

Well I sold my cal look 65 and this sucker popped up on the ol CL and figured I should go look at
Turned out to be the a real deal so I picked her up

Well  it's been too long since.   Every time I go into my parents garage I see her all sad looking well about two weeks ago I did a thing
