74 bus "playmate"
This is my 74 bus that has the type 4 motor with dual webbers, she has bone stock suspension and I cannot wait to drop her, but for now she rides better than a Cadilac

Re: 74 bus "playmate"
Most likely not. Not sure what it is but it has a set of IDFs and it runs on good.

Re: 74 bus "playmate"
I stayed in third most of the way up and had to come in to second a few times but I gave her hell all the way up but I'm sure the folks behind me had a misty eye or two from the fumes

Re: 74 bus "playmate"
That is absolutely beautiful. Love the emblem. My twin and I had a 74 almost identical to that, the white on red. Loved it, miss it. I'd love to find out more about the emblem, where you had it done, cost, etc. Something to look at for the Westy the youth group is working on. Can you PM me any details you're willing to share?

Re: 74 bus "playmate"
taking all the before lowering measurements; got her in the air for the first time since I got her, priming the removing of the beam tomorrow after work, its a little intimidating looking at the major size difference compared to the bugs, but got all the parts ordered and going to try to get the spindles off and sent to WW this week and the beam to Tim

Re: 74 bus "playmate"
Pun intended? well got that massive beam out, other than the clutch cable that for some reason is routed directly between the upper and lower beams, ended up detaching both ends to no avail, so decided to give up for the evening because it was getting to the point where nothing was going right
