Thursdays at Mellow Mushroom

Thank you everybody for your suggestions for a spot to replace Fox's. It seems the spot that got mentioned the most is Mellow Mushroom. So starting Thursday this week (2-11-09) our new spot will be Mellow Mushroom on Hwy. 78. We will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. This does not change our Starbucks night. We will still alternate between the two just like always. I hope this is good for everyone and I look forward to seeing you all there Thursday.

Just an update.
I am moving the time up from 7:30 to 7:00 just because they are only open till 9:30 untill it warms up outside.
Also, I just got off the phone with the owner and she is very excited about having us. She is going to save a whole section for us
on Thursdays and she is giving us 15% off all our food.
She told me that her and her husband own a classic mini and her husband just bought a Bus as well
Lets make Thursdays at Mellow Mushroom our biggest turnouts yet

Mellow Mushroom sounds like it will be a good place for us. And Gary, good work on the PR work and getting us a discount! I hope to make it this Thursday, but there is a chance that we may be out of town tho.

I think we found a new spot tonight, the food and service were good, and the atmosphere of mellow mushroom really fits our funky bunch!! Thanks to everyone who made it out and if you didn't, make sure to put in on your calendar for the 25th!!

We had a great time tonight! We had a huge turn out and ran out of room. Next time they are going to give us the bigger half of the restaurant The owner was able to make it out tonight and welcomed us. She is really happy we are there. She is going to start with our next visit doing a raffle each visit. She said she will give us all a ticket and the winning ticket that gets drawn will win either a free meal or a t-shirt. See you all there in 2 weeks!

The turn out tonight was awesome!! Can't wait till warmer weather when we can sit outside!!
