thanks Bob, i'll think about it, but thats a pretty good ride from here.

headliner is in, 2yds of grey, foam backed, headliner material. I put it in once with general purpose 3m glue, and it fell down by the next day. I picked up some permatex headliner glue, and so far so good!

i love the standard look it has, plus it was cheap!

still waiting on the windshield to be cut.

man thAT car is looking fantastic..... i like your choice on headliner.

did you spray adhesive on the metal and the material, let it tack up then stick in place? if the glue is too cold it will not stick well. looks good, clean..simple.

yeah, the second time i sprayed both surfaces, let it tack, then smoothed it on.

as far as im concerned this car is done...

it still needs a few little things, but its all stuff i can do later like doorpanels, for now im just running the old ones.

I installed the windshield yesterday, and drove it out to eat last night. gas station cashier came out and took pics, and talked for a while. kinda neat since it was the first time it had left my driveway!

also installed some new door handle springs... what a pain those are...

it is tmi grey w off white piping for 60-64, i got it from wolfsburgwest.

i think its the same interior fluxcap has.

my cousin Daniel, the one i bought her from, came by to look at it. Jody rode by too. Both approved!

Talked to a guy at a gas station for about 10 mins on the way home, who was driving a MG, told me about his bugs he once had. he guessed it as a 63, then claimed he guessed wrong because he didnt see the bullets... i guess the oval window and 55 tag didnt give it away after all.

almost made a dude in sweet looking slammed integra wreck cuz he was looking...smh

dude i really need to figure out how you did the headliner. cause i just have fabric held up by the bows and it aint cutting it. what color do you guys thing would go great on the flat black 74 sb. evelyn looks amazing wish i knew how to paint .

If you something that pops, do a red. But you cant go wrong with a grey or tan against the black.

I might have asked you before but what are the techs of your front end (how narrow did you go and with or without towers)
Also the rear how much did you adjust it?
And last but not least tire sizes?

6in bj beam no shocks (ofcourse)+dropped spindles+drums+adapters+5.5 Fuchs+135's

the adapters each add an inch, so, if I was not using adpaters I would need a 4in beam to obtain the same look.

Rear is 3 clicks i believe...+adj springplates raised about half way+deep 6's+195-65-15 (which Im going to change when the wear out, to a a 195-60 or poss 195-55, so i can straighten out a little camber)

I just got a big bore MC from stockornaut along with a hidden resevior. adapters and rear 5x130 drums i bought from my cousin. the rest was on the car when i bought it. (steel lines, braided lines, ect)
