lighten flywheel

I need to find out what you techers think about running a lighten flywheel with a stock crank. I read the gene berg article about shorten engine life due to the harmonic balance without using a counterweight crank and also can you feel much difference

No benefit  for this application. If you upgrade buy one with a balanced comb with complete clutch kit . Balance pulley to pressure plate . Rpm and crank case pounding are your biggest enemy.Build for torque and not HP -Rpm

thanks T4. just got off the samba site. there was a section titled lighten vs stock, if those people had been in the same room there would have been a shooting

I think i'll just stick with stock put in the back of my mind there will be the question "what if"

No problem spend your money on some good brakes and a clean exhaust and DIZZY
