Even so the tongue is a small part of the body, but it takes credit for great things. How much wood may be lighted by a very little fire! — James 3:5
A VW Beetle weighs about 1800lbs. This little 15 inch steering wheel moves the whole car, steers it where you want it to go. A very small part of the car is responsible for so much. The smallest intentional act, turning the wheel a little can control where the whole car is heading.
What if we all tried making the smallest intentional changes in our lives to see what great new directions we can go? Make an intentional effort to cuss less, to be kinder to strangers, to be more giving to charities, to attend Church more regularly, to give back in some small way, and see what it does to impact your life in huge ways!
Start small, be intentional, and you'll be amazed at what happens.
On the flipside of that, one small act of negativity can effect people in huge ways, whether it be in your words, your actions, or your lack there of. You may just be suprised by how much one small act can have a ripple effect.
Again, start small, be intentional in your acts of kindness, it only takes a small turn in the right direction to get you or someone that needs it back on track!

Great words of encouragement. I can relate to this in more ways than one. There are consequences for our actions (or inactions) that affect others in ways that we don't even know.

Tim, you aren't alone. I've done both also, and you're right, its hard to know how your actions, negative or positive, can have ripple effects that you won't even know
