A few months ago I decided to sell my sport bike and build an old school cafe style bike.
I picked up a 77 Yamaha RD400. It is close to being done. Here are some pics.

When I first brought it home:

While I was replacing every bearing and seal:

I HAD ONE OF THem it was a health hazord id streach the swing arm 2 or 3 inches if not you will be stairing at the sky bu that would kill the look your going for i took the rear shocks off an let it down till the tire all most hit the fender an made some rods to go on it an slid the forks up in the trees it looked cool but its gone

I used to love riding my Cafe bikes, but my back hates it. Now I just ride old enduros.

Here is my fav old bike....traded it for a bug....what a mistake!

That's a nice looking bike too!
You'll notice my Cafe bike has MX bars on it because I don't do that whole laying down thing. It may not be the exact cafe "look", but boy is it more comfortable.
