Hmmmm...difficult to say without some detailed pics. Everything is fixable, just depends how much $ and time you have. It'll be much easier to get what you need by cutting it off a local bus. You're taking a risk having a piece like that shipped and it being bent or not having the right cuts to graft it into your project.

Shocked Whatever you do, don't drive it like that. That's going to need some serious work. That first pic is scary. That is probably one of the most important structural pieces of the bus. If you can find some good metal there, you may be able to fab something up to repair it. The easiest way would be to find a local donor. All kinds of forces push, pull and twist the torsion housing and that one looks like it's about to let go. You're going to need a pro to get that right.

wellp!!! Sad regretfully I had a guy come look at my bus today he has 30+ yrs exp. with bay windows and he told me That I should RUN like I got the colonel after me!! the whole frame is just wasted in 2many spots, the crash bars up under the driver floors, I thought this stuff could be fixed! darn impulse buying!!! so now I have a a bus that nothing is going to be done with, just WAYYYY to much money to sink into this one where I could spend the same money and get something that is atleast drivable anybody selling a bus cheap???? HEY I GOT PARTS AND A MOTOR AND TRANS!!!
