True Cal Look car with schaved trim and front turn signals too. It is as solid a 62 as you are gonna come by without doing the work yourself.

I found a fuel guage for it. Now for the hunt for the grill for it and a 62 speedo.

went through it with stadium lights and up enough to get me under there and still hold true the beam is adjusted all the way up to be able to fit those Rivieras on there, with the adapetrs and the offstets on those wheels it must add 5" scratch :62 Beetle "Gretchen" 02210

Well its not that its just that the computers that they are reading do not reconize the VIN when its just #s same thing at the tag office, matter of the fact the lady at the insurance company made a comment that she remembered when the beetles came out lol!

Gretchen was the name we had picked out for the 58. I guess we'll have to come up with something else.

Thanks man I adjusted it all the way down now, but its stock spindles and stock width (32", I think thats stock) and I'm on the fence about the rear, because the 74 (seen here at BAP 10) I did two clicks on I wasnt happy with the ride, but Tim was telling me that short throw shocks would help me there, but I think I'll end up doing the 4" beam with spindles and ride the smoothies, is my idea for now62 Beetle "Gretchen" 04610

those front wheels look like they need a nice tuck job via a BKR narrowed beam.
