Lowering the rear

Ok need help for real this time, It looks as though someone before me started to lower the rear of my car but then got bored so did'nt finish. Is there anyone in the dallas area that can help me finish the job? Trying not to loose a limb!! I would like to get it done before the hooters cruise, if you can help call me at 770-365-0436 if someone says thanks for calling papa johns then you have dialed the wrong number! Thank you in advance.

What do you mean they started and didn't finish? Are there pieces missing 
?
It's not too hard to do. Here is a series of videos on youtube that show you exactly how to do it. Give them a watch and you'll probably decide you can do it yourself. What year is your bug, the squareback on youtube is IRS, so if you have a swingaxle, it is a little different, but not too much.

Tim hooked me up. Good guy glad to meet him and owe a favor too! I'm getting close bled the brakes and had to run new fuel line to the back tomorrow will the big day!!!!!!
