Kubletreffen South?

I attempted to get a THING oriented meet up last year, but this time I have some help. The nice guys at the Thing Registry say if I plan it , they will help promote it.

Anyone here interested? I am thinking of early Spring. Maybe in Chattanooga or open to ideas. Just that Chat town is near so many highways...

great that's 2 of us....I will post on the Samba as well. And Facebook. I away for a week when I get back I will narrow down a date. Thinking early April.

While you are planning dates keep in mind that Bug-a-Paluza is typically the third weekend in April. It is in Chattanooga and it is one show many of us never miss. A Thing show two weeks before or after I would still attend, but probably not consecutive weeks.

Just a thought, but maybe you could do someThing in conjunction with Bug-a-Paluza.?

u r right on..I went last year and will go again. Maybe they will give us a THING only section. I have spoken to the organizer before will reach out to him again.

I heard back from Russ - on Bug A Paluza, he welcomes us to come and bring lots of Things, but no area set aside for us ...yet. Still working on it

Sounds like a good excuse to drive my Thing to BAP instead of my Beetle. Would be a nice change.

I hope to get us an area to display in. If not it will still be fun.

I was invited to help out with the ATLANTA Motorama in April, and a vintage trailer camp out as well. So depending on when this is I may not eve make it. Life is busy! But good
