| We passed this interesting dub on the way home today. Southbound on the connector about a mile before Langford Pkwy. Looked like a homemade whaletale and canvas covering the roof. Then as we got on 85S we saw a yellow ghia, but we didn't get a pic of it.

| What: flat black baja. When: 9/4 11:15 AM Where: Hwy 324 and Fence Road What: White late beetle on Riverias. When: 9/4 11:30 AM Where: Getting gas at the Carl Superette in downtown Carl. Notice both sightings were only 15 mins apart...........

| Yesterday afternoon Saw an OG yellow 70's model bug 73-newer (elephantfoot taillights). completely stock appearing. stock exhaust too. looked nice. was following him down fairview road, but he then turned off on gardener road.

| awsome. I wonder if his bug ever had an engine fire at some point. i noticed there was a rust spot on the decklid around the middle vents, going up (as if fire was burning away the paint as it went up). Looked very similar to my decklid. apparently my bug had an engine fire at some point, bacause all the wires, and that electrical hook up diagnostic box is melted, and it has the same rust spot where you can tell the fire went thru the vent, and burned up. also the inside of my decklid was black. i thought it was just paint or something, till i scrubbed it down one day, and yellow started comming thru   .

| Watching MythBusters this morning, "Elevator of Death" and they showed the guys (Adam Savage)driving and whatayaknow.... you see the front of what you think is a splitty bus then they go a little farther forward and yeah it's a bus then forward more and no it's a Double Cab. Flat black, very nice Double Cab. Well the wife and I melted..... Freakin Adam!

| Well, my bug died today, and was able to push it to a gas station. as i was waiting for the flatbed to arrive, i see a stock yellow bug drive by, it was on the corner of 42 and forest parkway, he was heading down forest parkway towards stockbridge. didn't really get a good look at it, just know it looked stock, and had a stock exhaust.
