Sorry couldn't make it out tonite guys, trying to get a engine road ready for the 62 so I can bring that one to. My brother might make the trip with us if we get everything work out. And superhero back out so it's me alone "AGAIN" as always. Can't wait I'm so ready for a trip like this.

Sounds good to me. I'll be in Tifton this Tuesday for work and won't get out of there until 4:30-5:00 so I won't be back in time to make it this week.

Friday's would probably get a little more exposure for us somewhere, just gotta be careful about the place/crowd. I'm all up for bowling, but friday nights at the bowling alley are a teenfest. I don't mind teens at all, but they can be careless and I wouldn't want to be parked within a herd of them. Also, I have ordered some parts for the bug, so I'm not sure how long they will take to get here and how soon afterwards I will have a free afternoon to do the work. So I may be bugless for a few weeks.

So are you switching the days?

As in tomorrow, or next friday? I'm in, but I won't have the bug tomorrow so I'll be in the toyota. Hopefully I'll get to work on it this weekend some. I ran into a problem yesterday while trying to get the flywheel off. Apparently Steve put an oversized glandnut on when he built the engine. 1 1/2 inch rather than the stock 36mm. A no-go with the torque tool. I stopped by sears on the way home from work today and picked up a 1 1/2 inch socket. I'm going to weld it to an old gland nut and make an adapter for the torque tool. I got the idea from here:
