North Georgia Aircooled and the D-town will be there!!!! hope to get a down hill racer as well!!! can we use a gocart frame and add to it?

oh snap. i didn't know there was going to be a downhill race. hopefully i cn get my go-kart ready. where exactly is the race going to be? i don't remember any hills when i was there. is there a steep hill somewhere? will we need brakes, or can i use my boat anchor on a chain.

There has to be brakes and and steering on all down hill racers along with the driver wearing a helmet.
The hill is on the right side of the fairgrounds outside the fence.

i guess i can just take the 18hp v-twin motor off my gokart, i'm pretty sure that would be against the rules to have on there 
. i got a front overrider bumper somewhere, might just cut a section out to shorten it, and bolt it on there. now just gotta find a rear one. perhaps a steering wheel, and some other VW nick nacks.
