Couple guys couldnt make it, mike was down with his knee, so he couldn't bring the baja, daniel was busy, but pretty good turn out since this was just an idea last month, i had a little trouble with leaking valve cover gaskets, but I caught it before it got too bad. Thank god for permatex! lol Thanks for the guys who helped me out! can't wait till the next cruise! if you are in the Cherokee county area, hit us up to join, no dues, just come along and ride! anyones welcome to join!

no prob, but we would love to have that sweet ride along for the next one, Right now its by phone, some of our club members do not use computers so it easier to get them by phone, I talked to bryce, he said he would set up a thread for us to use... soon as we can decide on a name, if you don't mind i'll run Der Schwarm, by the members and see if everyone likes it

I am really shooting to get one on the road. Guess I can pull one behind me on a cruise! Beetles is a cool resturant, you have to go inside a bus to get to the johns, he has a beetle smooker to do events, and great food. The Behemouth burger is awesome. Any ideas on when your getting together again? I am almost on the Cherokee line off of Canton Rd so not to far for me.

we are planning on getting together soon, we just haven't officially planned it yet, but i'll keep the forum posted.

Oh yeah, Der Schwarms is a good name for a club. I moved down from SC a few years back and tried to start our old defunct club up down here but it never took off. Fahrfrumluzin
Anybody ever down my way give me a shout, just left my job to finish up some projects here at home and possibly open a VW shop here in Mtta around the first of the year. More of a parts house, sales place and eventually more. Well actually a hang out for friends but do not tell the wife that!!!
